RBR in collaboration with CODEVINTEC supports AURORA by providing next-generation sensors in kind for the pilot mooring

Four temperature sensors are mounted on the deep pilot mooring, deployed in October 2026 at a depth of 3,300 m, and sample at 2 Hz to investigate turbulent processes in the Ionian abyss.
